I find the options for you

I search available rentals that match your needs, including properties listed on MLS and private units that aren't publicly advertised. I send you the ones that make sense, with photos, pricing, and details.

💡 You don't need to create accounts, browse portals, or filter through hundreds of listings. I do that for you.

Tours

Visit the properties you like

When something catches your eye, I schedule a tour, in person or virtual. I go with you, answer questions about the property and the area, and make sure you have everything you need to decide.

Application

Apply for the property

Found the one? I guide you through the rental application, what documents you need, what to expect, and how to present yourself as a strong candidate. I stay in contact with the landlord or management so nothing falls through the cracks.

Sign Your Lease

Digital signing, quick and easy

Once your application is approved, the lease is sent directly to your email. You review it, sign it digitally from your phone or computer, and that's it, no printing, no in-person visits required.

You receive an email with a secure link. You open it, read the document, click to sign, and done. The signed lease goes to both you and the landlord automatically. No apps to install, no accounts needed.

Do I pay anything for your services?
No. There is no cost to you as a renter. You can focus entirely on finding the right home without worrying about fees.
What areas do you cover?
Coral Gables, Brickell, Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, Edgewater, Doral, Kendall, and surrounding Miami-Dade neighborhoods including Wynwood, Downtown Miami, Aventura, and Key Biscayne. If you're looking somewhere specific, just ask.
How long does the process take?
It depends on availability and how quickly applications are processed. In many cases, renters go from first contact to signed lease within 2 to 4 weeks. I stay in close contact with you and the landlord throughout so nothing gets delayed.
Do you help with condos and private rentals too?
Yes. I have access to properties listed on MLS as well as private units and condo buildings that aren't publicly advertised. This gives you more options than searching on your own.
What documents do I need to apply?
Most landlords require a valid government-issued ID, proof of income (pay stubs, bank statements, or a job offer letter), and consent to a background and credit check. I'll tell you exactly what each specific property requires before you submit anything.
Can I tour properties virtually?
Yes. Many landlords and buildings offer virtual tours, and I can coordinate those for you. If you're relocating from outside Miami, this is a great way to narrow down your options before visiting in person.
Do you help with buying or selling properties too?
My primary focus is rentals in Miami-Dade, but as a REALTOR® I can also assist with purchases. If you're considering buying, feel free to reach out and we can discuss what makes sense for your situation.
Can we communicate in Spanish?
Absolutely. Lorena is a native Spanish speaker and the entire process can be carried out in Spanish. The website is also fully available in Spanish.
What happens after I sign the lease?
Once the lease is signed digitally, both you and the landlord receive a copy automatically. From there, you coordinate the move-in date and any deposit or first-month payment directly with the property. I stay available if any questions come up during that transition.
